How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made via bank transfer to my business account or you can do cash payments on pickup or delivery.
Do I need to pay a deposit to order cakes?
We don’t usually require deposits for cakes. However if your order includes fresh flowers as decoration, we do require a small deposit. The deposit can be worked out when you place your order.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Orders are delivered to different parts of the city on different days of the week as per our monthly delivery schedule. Typically we need 3 days notice for cake tasting boxes and at least 7 days notice (more time is better) for any whole cake orders.

Do you cater for customers with allergies?
Yes, we can cater for gluten, egg, dairy, nuts or soy free cakes. However, we do use these ingredients in our kitchen and we can’t guarantee that there won’t be traces of these ingredients in your order. Please contact us if you want to discuss this option further.
