At Cake by Ayaka, we only use high quality ingredients in our kitchen, because we believe that sweetness should be savoured and enjoyed. Our hand-made cakes are carefully baked and decorated in Sunshine Coast . We enjoy bringing unique flavours, like yuzu and matcha, to classic desserts. With a menu that changes monthly, we keep it fresh and interesting, whilst ensuring in-season ingredients are front and centre. All for your tasting pleasure!

Our whole cakes are a fantastic way to celebrate any occassion. Whether it be a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding or Christmas, we are confident you’ll find a beautiful cake to suit. We do custom decorations and offer delivery on specific dates for your celebration – just send us an enquiry!

Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake
A steam-baked cheesecake, this light and fluffy cake has gentle sweetness, made in the traditional soufflé style. Flavour options: Vanilla or Matcha. Price: 20cm (12 serves) - $65

Smooth dark chocolate mousse on a base of thinly sliced chocolate sponge, the chocolate mousse cake is beautifully light and creamy.

One of the most popular cakes in Europe, our Mont Blanc cake has a crunchy pastry based topped with whipped cream mixed with chestnuts and a fluffy méringue. Covered with a beautifully balanced chestnut and cream paste.

Smore’s Cake
Rich dark chocolate cake, topped with mounts of non-baked soft meringue. This is a great combination of melt-in-the-mouth meringue and beautifully rich chocolate cake.

Blackforest Cake
A classic chocolate lovers cake, based on a chocolate sponge with layers of whipped cream and cooked black cherries. Yuzu a traditional Japanese citrus fruit. This non-baked cheesecake is delightfully flavoured with Yuzu and cream cheese and is topped with Yuzu flavoured jelly. A beautifully balanced cake (and my Husband’s favourite)!
